TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GOODS
Glass bulbs and Thermometers are checked before despatch but due to their fragile nature we cannot accept responsibility for breakages during transit
Due to their fragile nature Milk Bottles must be shipped on their own with a maximum of 2 packs per consignment.
Specifications are approximate as supplied by manufacturers and may vary.
Please note that the colours or appearance of products in our catalogue and on our Website may differ slightly from the actual products themselves. All pictures are for illustration purposes only.
PRICES
Our prices include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice.
DELIVERY
We aim to despatch goods within 24 hours of receiving the order, however there are times when we are away from the office attending shows in these circumstances all orders will be processed immediately on our return.
Non-delivery of goods to be notified within 5 working days of Invoice date, if there is going to be a delay in sending goods we will inform you.
The Company will not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Damages or shortages must be notified within 3 working days of receipt of your order. No claims will be considered unless all original packaging is retained for inspection by our representative.
PAYMENT
Our terms are strictly payment with order. Goods will remain the property of Smallholder Supplies until such time as payment has been received in full.
Smallholder Supplies reserve the right to clear any cheques before despatch of the goods.
Any cheques returned by the bank will incur an administration charge as per our banks charges.
Overdue Invoices will attract a 10% credit charge.
RETURNS
The buyer may return all unused goods within 7 working days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return postage and packing cannot be refunded except for damaged, incorrect or faulty goods. Please contact us before returning any items to discuss method of return, all returns must be agreed with Smallholder Supplies before sending back.
The buyer shall be responsible for returning the unused goods in their original packaging and must take reasonable care of the goods.
